ME497 Project

The final project for ME497 is either the design and implementation of a controller on hardware, or presentation in class of a research paper.

A brief outline of the design project focus is given in the handout below. You can use either the default hardware, or any other hardware you might be interested in providing that you obtain instructor consent.

Possible papers for presentation are listed below; you can instead arrange to present an alternative paper of your choosing with instructor consent. Alternative papers must be related to robust control theory or applications. NOTE: Paper 2 is a PhD thesis, and thus anyone choosing it will select a particular chapter to present. Paper assignments will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
